4. Booking and payment

• Projects are typically secured with a deposit, with the balance payable in agreed stages or on completion, as set out in your individual quote or contract.
• Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be confirmed in writing for each project before work begins.
• Late payment may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled.
• Any additional work requested outside the original quote ("variations") will be agreed and costed separately before being carried out, where reasonably possible.

5. Cancellations and changes

• If you wish to cancel or postpone a confirmed project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposit amounts or costs already incurred (e.g. materials ordered), will be set out in your project contract.

• Obtaining any necessary permissions, such as planning permission, party wall agreements, or landlord consent, unless we've specifically agreed to manage this on your behalf.
• Providing reasonable site access for our team to carry out the work safely and efficiently.

8. Liability
